General Engineering Services
RegSafe has the capability to perform light engineering work such as MAOP/MOP calculations, uprating studies, worst case discharge calculations, and TVC records reviews. RegSafe provides the compliance background for Pipeline Engineering activities such as pressure testing design, in-line inspection planning, rupture mitigative valve (RMV) planning, and hydraulic studies.
RegSafe is experienced in ensuring that engineering work performed in accordance with PHMSA 49 CFR 192, 193, 194, and 195 complies with the regulations and applicable industry standards.
Spill Modeling
RegSafe has the capability to conduct overland and water transport spill models for non-HVL products to determine if pipelines and facilities can affect an HCA in accordance with 49 CFR 195. Our spill modeling process consists of data gathering, running several simulations of liquid flows, and presenting the information in an effective and meaningful manner to assist in preparing for spill response activities.
Pipeline GIS Mapping
RegSafe provides mapping services for HCA identification, class location studies, spill modeling, NPMS filing, and for any other general mapping needs.
